APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT - LITTLE NORWAY
(TOWN OF NORWAY)
WHEREAS, a Final Plat has been submitted to finalize a 22 lot
subdivision known as Little Norway in the Town of Norway
(formerly known as Oaks of Norway Addn. #l), and
WHEREAS, this property is within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the final plat for Little
Norway in the Town of Norway, subject to payment of the
submittal fee and favorable reports and recommendations from 0 all objecting and approving agencies.
