AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
BUILDING INSPECTION COPY MACHINE (cos Copiers)
WHEREAS, the maintenance agreement with COS Copiers for the
Toshiba copy machine in the Building Inspection Dept. has
expired, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the attached
maintenance agreement for 1988 and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to
execute an agreement between the City and COS Copiers for
maintenance of the copy machine in the Building Inspection
office for 1988.
