RESOLUTION 1\15-88
DECLARING CERTAIN DELINQUENT PERSONAL
PROPERTY TAXES TO BE UNCOLLECTIBLE
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has determined that the personal
property taxes owed by the following are uncollectible:
Coffel Construction $ 70.93 Industrial Precision Grinding 375.61 Image Maker 43.00
$ 489.54, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended that the above be
written off due to the costs involved to attempt collection, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby determine that the personal pro erty taxes
Industrial Precision Grinding, Inc. in the amount of $375.61, and
for 1986 owed by Coffel Construction in the amount of f70.93;
Image Maker in the amount of $43.00, totalling $489.54, are
uncollectible.

property taxes owed by Industrial Precision Grinding, Inc. in the
amount of $375.61 for 1986 are uncollectible, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended that the above be
written off due to the costs involved to attempt collection, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby determine that the personal property taxes
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
owed by Industrial Precision Grinding, Inc. in the amount of
$375.61 for 1986 are uncollectible.
