AMENDMENT TO DEPOSIT AND FORFEITURE SCHEDULE
(Clean Indoor Air)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
in accordance with Chapter l.O6(3)(c) of the Municipal Code,
Committee and review by the Police Chief and Municipal Judge,
and upon recommendation of the Rules, Laws and Ordinance
does hereby approve the following amendment to the Deposit and
Forfeiture Schedule adopted May 12, 1987:
Add under Chapter 10 - Public Nuisances:
10.02 - Clean Indoor Air $25.00
