APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
OBC PUBLIC SAFETY AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
(Softwear Maintenance Package)
WHEREAS, the Police Department has requested that the City
enter into a maintenance agreement with OBC Public Safety for
the maintenance coverage and application software support of
the CHIEFS package at a cost of $275.00 per month, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk to execute the
Maintenance Agreement between OBC Public Safety and the City of
Muskego for the maintenance coverage and application software
support of the CHIEFS package at a cost of $275.00 per month
for the period of January 1, 1900 through December 31, 1980. 0 A

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
CHIEFS provides 90 days free maintenance on all modules in the CHIEFS
system. The 90 day maintenance period begins on the date the CHIEFS
application software is installed. To retain ongoing maintenance
coverage for the system after the 90 day free maintenance period has
expired, it is necessary to execute a maintenance contract.
This maintenance agreement between CHIEFS, Inc. ("CHIEFS") and the
CITY OF MUSEGO ("Customer") addresses the application software

Normal maintenance coverage includes te!ephone support and/or nn-line
