In 1990, the Employer agrees to pay up to the lowest cost insurance plan offering identical coverage. In both 1989 and 1990, any difference between the amount funded by the City and the cost of the insurance plan selected shall be paid by the employee by payroll deduction. 17.03 Clarify contract language to coordinate with Life Insurance Policy.
