Box 903 Re: Offer to Purchase/City of Muskego to Kurer-Bushberger Dear Mayor Salentine: proposed sale of the sewer plant property to Kurer/Bushberger along with I am in receipt of a copy of the new Offer to Purchase concerning the a copy of Attorney Wagner's letter dated October 4, 1988. I am sending a copy of the same to Tom Renner at Ruekert h Mielke. Mr. Renner, I ask that you please review the same, especially in regard to the attachments and the additions in the last sentence of Paragraph (11) to the Addendum to Offer to Purchase and call me as soon as possible in this regard. Please review and advise. 4. As to Number (5) of the Addendum, the second sentence they have added should either be deleted or amended to read as follows: "If the survey does not show the south property line of the subject property to be south of the lake and not intersecting the Buyers would declare the Offer to Purchase to be null and its shoreline and to be 17 acres more or less, it is likely that void pursuant to this paragraph." I also think the words, "and Buyers" should be deleted from the first sentence as the Cit.y is paying for the survey. '.~ 5. As to Number (7) of the Addendum, a sentence is added which gives the Buyers the right to declare the Offer null and void unless they get the ingress and egress they want. We better discuss this. 0 6. As to Number (8) of the Addendum, I do not understand the same. 7. As to Number (11) of the Addendum, the last sentence is new. I have sent this to Ruekert h Mielke to be reviewed carefully concerning these matters. We should discuss the same. I am looking forward to hearing from you concerning this matter.
