DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO AMEND THE
RESERVE C ACITY ASSESSMENT REC CHART 3
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has reviewed the present
Assessments (RCA) for multiple housing, and the Committee has
Residential Equivalency Charge (REC) Chart for Reserve Capacity
Family (2 Bedroom) from 1.0 to .75 and Multiple Family (1
recommended that the REC chart be amended to change Multiple
Bedroom or less) from .75 to .5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby direct the City Attorney to prepare the
Reserve Capacity Assessment for Multiple Family (2 Bedroom)
amendment to the Residential Equivalency Charge Chart for
from 1.0 to .75 and Multiple Family (1 Bedroom or less) from
.75 to .5.
