RESOLUTION AS TO INTERIM AGREEMENT FOR
EXTENSION OF CONTRACT BETWEEN WASTE MANAGEMENT
AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
Muskego for the operation of the landfill will expire on
WHEREAS, the Contract between Waste Management and the City of
December 31, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Public Hearing scheduled by the Plan Commission on
12/15/87 was cancelled due to a snowstorm on that date, and
said hearing has been rescheduled for 1/19/88 with Common
Council action scheduled for 1/26/88.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby permit Waste Management to continue
operation of the landfill under the present contract on an
interim basis until action by the Common Council. 0
