RESOLUTION AS TO ESCALATION OF RESERVE CAPACITY
ASSESSMENTS (RCA) FOR 1988
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has indicated that it
desires not to increase the RCA charge for the year 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby resolve that for the calendar year of
1988 there shall be no increase in the present RCA charge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that unless there is a further
resolution of the Common Council, this resolution affects the
calendar year 1988 only.
