APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Helen Hampe
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on November 19,
property on Valley Drive in the SW 114 of Section 9, and
1987 to finalize a two parcel division of the Helen Hampe
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
AMENDED to finalize a two parcel division of the Helen Hampe
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map AS
property on Valley Drive in the SW 114 of Section 9, subject to
approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
