AUTHORIZE ENGINEERS TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR BIDDING BAY LANE WATER PROJECT
WHEREAS, it would'be in the best interests of the City to
provide municipal water to an area proposed to be developed
north of Woods Road on Bay Lane prior to the resurfacing of Bay
Lane in the spring of 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Engineers to
prepare plans and specifications for bidding out the Bay Lane
Water Project, which will include the area in Bay Lane from the
Guernsey Meadows south fire hydrant to Woods Road; and, to
submit the legal description and map of the area to the City
for preparation of the Preliminary Resolution. 0 DATED THIS 24th DAY OF , 1987.
