AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE CONTRACT
BLUE CROSS & BLUE SHIELD
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize the Mayor to execute the attached Application For
Group Insurance with Blue Cross & Blue Shield for for period of
January 1, 1988 through December 31, 1988, with the following
rates remaining the same as 1987.
Single Plan $105.85
Family Plan 285.98
