AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN M. W. MARINE, INC.
AND CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, the Police Department's 1988 Budget includes the
leasing of a snowmobile and trailer for the Snowmobile Patrol,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
lease agreement as attached.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
a lease agreement between the City and M. W. Marine, Inc. for
one snowmobile and snowmobile trailer for the period of
December 1, 1987 to March 31, 1988, in the amount of $825.00
from Acct. No. 52000-1113 (0100-2000-1113). 0
