APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Norman Heikkinen for
legal lot status of Lot 14, Block 4, Meadow Dale Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, subject to
compliance with requirements for the vacating of street right-of-
way, and
WHEREAS, the required vacation procedures have been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby grant legal lot status to Lot 14, Block 4, Meadow
Dale Subdivison.
