APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO LISTING CONTRACT BETWEEN CITY
OF MUSKEG0 AND MOONEY, LESAGE h ASSOCIATES, INC.
(Industrial Park)
Associates, Ltd. (now named Mooney, LeSage & Associates, Inc.)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego's listing contract with Mooney &
will expire on 11/27/87, and
as real estate agents for the City's Business/Industrial Park
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
contract be renewed for an additional year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the renewal of the listing
contract for the term of one year between the City and Mooney,
LeSage and Associates, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the Amendment to the Listing Contract in
the name of the City, extending the expiration date of the
contract from 11/27/87 to 11/27/88.
