AMENDMENT TO FINAL RESOLUTION 1/45-87 AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF WATER IMPROVEMENTS AND LEVYING SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS AGAINST BENEFITTED PROPERTY AND
(Water Main Assessment Area MW-3-87)
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of March, 1987, the Common Council
of the City of Muskego adopted Resolution 845-87; and
WHEREAS. one of the Drooerties assessed was the urouertY
known as Yvonne J. Young,'W1%2 57715 Valley Drive, Tax Key Nbmber
2195.930; and
WHEREAS, an assessment in the amount of $750.79 for a 1"
water service lateral was inadvertently omitted from the
Assessment Roll for this parcel, and
cost of such lateral, and
WHEREAS, all other property owners were assessed for the
WHEREAS, said lateral has been installed, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Final Resolution to 0 reflect the addition of the lateral to the assessment for Yvonne
J. Young as follows:
Front Foot Assessment (178.50' x $14.00) $2,499.00
1" Water Service 750.79
$3,249.79
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED for valuable consideration
acknowledged by both parties as follows:
1. That the charges described above, shall be assessed
against said property and the assessment roll shall be
amended accordingly.
2. That by executing the acceptance of this resolution as
stated below, the owner of said property also hereby
waives special assessments and notices and hearings
under §66.60(18) and consents to the levying of special
assessments against her property for the costs of said
improvement under Wisconsin Statute §66.60 and further
agrees and admits that the benefit to the property in
question from the construction of said improvement is
just and reasonable.
3. All provisions of Resolution #45-87 and all documents
this resolution, remain in full force and effect, and
referred to therein, unless specifically amended by
if this resolution is not accepted as a binding

contract by all owners of the property in question by
October, 1987, time being of the essence, this
executing this document on or before the 30th day of
resolution shall be null and void.
