ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE - GRINDER PUMP
OAK HILL SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the bid awarded to Debelak Bros. for the Oak Hill Sewer
obtain them at a lower cost, and
Project excluded grinder pump stations in order for the City to
WHEREAS, a quote was awarded on 3/10/87 to Energenecs, Inc. in
the amount of $3,212.50 for the purchase of a grinder pump, and
WHEREAS, quotes have been received from the following for the
installation of the grinder pump:
Bohmann h Vick, Inc. $2,750.00 Westside Plumbing, Inc. 6,980, .OO, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended acceptance of
the low quote from Bohmann h Vick, Inc. in the amount of
$2,750.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby accept the low quote of $2,750.00 from
Bohmann h Vick, Inc. for the installation of a grinder pump in
connection with the Oak Hill Sewer Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that authorization is hereby given for the
expenditure of the $2,750.00 from the Oak Hill Sewer Project
borrowed money account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign any necessary documents in the name of the
Citv.
