APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR PERMISSION
TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO BIG MUSKEGO DAM
BY WIND LAKE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Wind Lake Management District has obtained
permission from the State of Wisconsin to have a water metering
device installed on the dam at the outlet of Big Muskego Lake for
the purpose of measuring the flow of water, and
WHEREAS, the Wind Lake Management District has requested
permission of the City of Muskego to use the City's easement to
monitoring of it.
gain access to the dam for the installation of the device and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby (approve/disapprove) the request
of the Wind Lake Management District for permission to use the
City's easement to gain access to the dam at the outlet of Big
Muskego Lake for the purpose of installing and monitoring a water
metering device to measure the flow of water.
