EXPANSIONIEXTENSION OF WASTE MANAGEMENT LANDFILL SITE IN MUSKEG0
APPOINTMENT TO LOCAL NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Council appointed four members to the local
committee for the purpose of negotiations with regard to the
expansion and/or extension of the Waste Management Landfill site
Pete Burgeson, Ald. Frank DeAngelis and former Ald. Ralph
in Muskego in Resolution #72-84, which included George Vogel,
Tomczyk, and
WHEREAS, Ald. David Taube was appointed to replace Ald. Tomczyk
on 8/25/87. and
WHEREAS, Joseph Campbell has expressed his willingness to serve
on this committee to replace George Vogel, who has submitted his
resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby appoint Joseph Campbell to serve on
the local committee for the purpose of negotiations with Waste
Management of Wisconsin, Inc. concerning any extension and/or
expansion of the Muskego Landfill Site.
