APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on 9/24/87 to
North Cape Road in the NE 114 of Section 25, and
finalize a one parcel division of the Robert Klenz property on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
North Cape Road in the NE 114 of Section 25, subject to
finalize a one parcel division of the Robert Klenz property on
approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
