APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF SEWER REQUEST FROM
THE LINNIE LAC SERVICE AREA (CITY OF NEW BERLIN)
WHEREAS, the City of New Berlin has requested additional sewer
service in the Linnie Lac area, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee discussed the possibility
of allowing up to ten (10) new hook-ups to this area, and sent
this matter to Council without recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby (app'rove'ldisapprove) the request
submitted by the City of New Berlin to allow the connection of
no more than
to the City's sewer system, and directs the City Attorney to
new sewer hook-ups in the Linnie Lac area
provisions that the City of New Berlin will be responsible for
draft an amendment to the present agreement, including
payment of all costs relating to the connections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the amended agreement in the name of the City.
