APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER
(Wentland Drive Sewer Project)
WHEKEAS, Globe Contractors, Inc. has requested an extension of
time to complete the Wentland Drive Sewer Project due to wet
weather conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of an
extension of time until October 1, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve an extension of time to October 1,
1987 for Globe Contractors, Inc. to complete the Wentland Drive
Sewer Proiect.
