APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
GOLDEN COUNTRY ESTATES
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Golden Country Estates, a 47 lot
planned unit development in the SW 114 of Section 2 was submitted
on August 4, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
compliance with all objecting agencies' concerns, and
WHEREAS, the Council has stated its intent to rezone this
property to RS-2 OPD, subject to all requirements of the City's
ordinances pertaining to planned unit developments being met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
Estates, a 47 lot planned unit development in the SW 114 of
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Golden Country
Section 2 subject to compliance with all objecting agencies'
concerns.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of rezoning this property to
RS-2 OPD must be obtained prior to approval of the Final Plat.
