APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
John and Mary Lang
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on 8/26/87 by
John and Mary Lang to finalize the combination of two parcels
into one parcel on Pellmann Lane in the NW 114 of Section 15,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize the combination of two parcels into one parcel on
Pellmann Lane, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, and all other fees required by
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
