ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR FORCED SEWER HOOK-UP
(LudwigIStrampe Properties)
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee directed the Building
Inspector to obtain quotes for the forced sewer hook-ups of the
David Ludwig and Judy Strampe properties at S81 W16448 Kurtze
Lane and W164 S8200 Kurtze Lane, and
WHEREAS, the following quotes have been received:
Zidar Plumbing h Heating Co. $ 5,849.00
C h H Plumbing h Htg. Co., New Berlin 5,885.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended acceptance of
the low quote from Zidar Plumbing h Heating Co. in the amount of
$5,849.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby accept the quote from Zidar Plumbing ti
Heating Co. in the amount of $5.849.00 for the forced sewer hook-
0 up of the LudwigIStrampe properties at S81 W16448 Kurtze Lane and
W164 S8200 Kurtze Lane.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign any necessary legal documents in the name of
the City.
