APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
GLEN OAKS
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Glen Oaks, a six lot subdivision
of the McClurg property in the NW 114 of Section 7 was submitted
on July 22, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
placement of a proposed turnaround and easements, compliance with
all objecting agencies' concerns, and submittal of a developer's
agreement with the Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat for Glen Oaks, a six lot
subdivision of the McClurg property in the NW 114 of Section 7
subject to compliance with the conditions of the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and
objecting agencies and approval of the City Engineer.
