GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS

Waukesha County, Wisconsin, that there shall be issued, pursuant
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
to Chapter 67, Wisconsin Statutes, General Obliga'iion Bonds in an
amount not to exceed $4,000,000 for the purpose of paying the
cost of refunding outstanding indebtedness of the City.
