REJECTION OF OFFER TO PURCHASE FAZRFZELD LOT
AND AUTHORIZATION TO SUBMIT COUNTER OFFER

BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
reject the attached Offer to Purchase City-owned Lot 1 on
August 19, 1987.
Fairfield Drive submitted by Dennis J. and Roxanne M. Kroening on
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby
authorize the making of the attached Counter Offer, and
the name of the City.
