APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Audrey Oschmann
WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on August 11,
1987 by Audrey Oschmann to finalize a one parcel redivision of
Parcel 2 in the NE 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
Oschrnann property in the NE 1/4 of Section 15, subject to
finalize a one parcel redivision of Parcel 2 of the Audrey
approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
