APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted on August 12,
property on North Cape Rd. in the SE 114 of the NE 114 of
1987 to finalize a one parcel division of the Robert Klenz
Section 25, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
North Cape Rd., subject to approval by the City Engineer.
