RESOLUTION 73-87
RESOLUTION UPDATING CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAYS
SURROUNDING LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE TO BE
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAYS
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Board has recommended that
Resolution #55-69, as amended, be repealed; and
WHEREAS, a new list of public right-of-ways owned by the City of
Muskego and dedicated to public use has been created by the
Assessor, and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has recommended
incorporating these additional right-of-ways.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby adopt the attached list and
accompanying map and does hereby declare them to be public right-
of-ways, dedicated to public use, and that the same be designated
as parkways.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Parks and Recreation Board,
being an agency of the City responsible for park lands, is hereby
properties in order to insure proper maintenance and use of the
directed to establish the needed control of the attached
parcels involved.
