APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
PARKSIDE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for the approval of a
preliminary plat for a 38 lot subdivision known as Parkside
Heights Subdivision, located in the SW quarter, SE quarter and NE
quarter of the SE quarter of Section 18, in the Town of Norway,
and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of Muskego
and therefore falls under the extra-territorial powers of the
City, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat has been submitted to Racine County
Planning Department for approval, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat of a proposed 38 lot
SW quarter, SE quarter and NE quarter of the SE quarter of
subdivision known as Parkside Heights Subdivision, located in the
Section 18, in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval
of all objecting and approving agencies.
