APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the Herbert Holtz Estate located in
the NW and NE quarter of Section 16; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has agreed to waive the park
dedication fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a one parcel division of the Herbert Holtz Estate
located in the NW and NE quarter of Section 16, subject to 0 approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $50.00 submittal fee, and all other fees required by
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
