CLARIFYING PURCHASE OF WATER METERS
WHEREAS, Resolution #2-87, Acceptance of Bid Remote Registration
Water Metering System, was adopted by the Common Council on
January 27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the City Engineers recommended
accepting the bid of Neptune Water Meter Co. for purchase of
water meters; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City to purchase the meters as
needed,per attached Exhibit I of the bid document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby clarify Resolution #2-87 and state
its intent to authorize purchase of water meters at a unit price
rate as needed.
