AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR
RESURFACING OF LANNON DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that a 2"
asphalt lift be placed on Lannon Drive from Janesville Rd. to
Woods Rd. at this time, along with any necessary wedging work,
and
WHEREAS, the contractor for the MW-4-87 water project included
the amount of $4,100.00 for a 4" trench patch, with approximately
$3,100.00 for Lannon Dr. and $1,000.00 for Woods Rd., and
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have estimated a total cost of
$33,792.55 for the 2" lift of asphalt, including some wedging.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby authorize the expenditure of funds for the
resurfacing of Lannon Drive at an approximate cost of $33,792.55
to be charged as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any costs in excess of this estimate
may be paid by the Clerk-Comptroller upon approval of the Mayor
