RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP AND
APPROVAL OF SUBDIVIDERS AGREEMENT - ZACH
WHEREAS, a certified survey map to finalize a four parcel
division of the Richard Zach property on Tans Drive in the SE 114
of Section 5 was approved by Resolution #139-86 (As Amended) on
June 24, 1986, subject to payment of fees and approval of a
Subdividers Agreement, and
WHEREAS, said Subdividers Agreement has been submitted and
recommended for approval by the Finance Committee, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to re-approve the certified survey map
due to the time lapse since the initial approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby re-approve the certified survey map
on Tans Drive in the SE 114 of Section 5, subject to receipt of
to finalize a four parcel division of the Richard Zach property
$600.00 in lieu of park dedication, and all other fees required
by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance, and approval of the
City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subdividers Agreement is
approved, subject to approval of the City Attorney and the City
Engineer.
