APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
ADRIAN SCHMIDT
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Adrian Heights Subdivision, a
proposed 14 lot subdivision in Section 5 has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Plat
for the division of Lot 1 only, subject to rezoning, and
WHEREAS, the property has been rezoned from R-1 to RS-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the preliminary plat to create Lot 1 only of
the Adrian Heights Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee, approval of the City Engineer and favorable
reports from all approving and objecting agencies, and
publication of Ordinance #580 as required by law to rezone this
property from R-1 to RS-1.
