APPROVAL TO COOPERATE WITH CITY OF GREENFIELD
(Data Processing)
RESOLUTION (k144-a7
WHEREAS, in the event of a major disaster that would cause a
beneficial to the City to participate in a cooperative working
"crash" of che data processing computer system, it would be
arrangement with another community in order to continue data
processing operations in the most timely manner possible, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of such
cooperation between the City of Greenfield and the City of
Muskego for data processing operations in the event of a "crash"
of either system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Clerk/Comptroller to
Treasurer of the City of Greenfield in order to continue data
participate in a cooperative working arrangement with the
processing operations in the event a major disaster would cause a
"crash" of the data processing computer system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is understood that the City of
Greenfield will enter into a like resolution, or this resolution
is null and void.
