APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Hydra-Parts Corp.)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the Hydra-Parts Corporation property
on Hwy. 24 in the SW 114 of the NW 114 and the NW 114 of the SW
114 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
property, subject to approval by the City Engineer.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park S ~~,r~
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the P$==

your land division on Hwy. 24, the reference to payment of
this land is zoned for commercial development.
