BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND THE GUERNSEY MEADOWS WATER TRUST
DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Guernsey Meadows Water Trust is interested in
becoming a part of the City's Water Utility, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer's have submitted a report on the value
of the system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to prepare
an Agreement between the City and the Guernsey Meadows Water
Utility.
Trust to allow said system to become a part of the City's Water
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as connection between the trust water
contractors €or the City are now doing water work within the
system and the municipal water system is likely and that
City, the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to enter into the
attached agreement for construction of a pipe from the municipal
system to the trust system for a cost not to exceed $9,500.00,
with funds from the Water Utility account. e

The meeting was called to order at 7:03 P.M. by Chairman
Penovich, Ald. DeAngelis and Ald. Sanders.

The Committee reviewed request for purchase of used voting
machines with Cit Clerk Stewart. Clerk Stewart is requesting to
purchase seven (7 r used voting machines from the City of Waukesha
for $800. Ald. Hilt moved to approve puchase to be taken from
Account #loo-700-3212. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Request for Release of Funds for Woodcrest
Heights Subdivision. Correspondence from Ruekert h Mielke dated
March 3, 1988 was reviewed. Ald. Dumke moved to approve release of $286,388.20. Seconded by Ald. Penovich, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Amended General Vouchers in
the amount of $159,717.38. Seconded by Ald. We, motion
carried.

AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the GUERNSEY MEADOWS WATER TRUST, hereinafter
referred to as “TRUST”, is the owner of a certain water system
within the City of Muskego; and
WFIEREAS, the undersigned Trustees are specifically
authorized to enter this Agreement on behalf of said TRUST: and
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MUSKEGO, hereinafter referred to as
“CITY”, wishes to construct a water line up to the water lines
owned by said TRUST: and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to inter-connect their pipes, but
to have a valve so that their systems remain separate until such
