WISCONSIN DEPT. OF AGRICULTURE (Weights & Measures) AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Muskego enter into an
Agriculture, for services performed within the City by the
agreement with the State of Wisconsin, Department of
Department, and
'WXEREAS, the Department of Agriculture agrees to furnish the
services and perform the duties Of Sealer of Weights and
Yeasures as required in Wisconsin Statutes, and
WHEREAS the Department agrees to report to the City at least
annually on the extent and nature of the services performed,
and
WHEREAS. the Aareement is self-renewine and the current 1986/87
contract cost of $1,490.00 will be inc;eased to $1,640.00~ for
1986187, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
e NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve of renewing an agreement between
performed by a Sealer of Weights and Measures for a fee of
the City and Department of Agriculture for services to be
approximately $1,640.00 for the period July 1, 1987 to June 30,
1988.
