APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Elkin Company
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted by the Elkin
McShane Road in the SF, 114 of Section 11, and
Company to finalize a four parcel division of their property on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Commission, does hereby approve the certiEied survey map to
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
finalize a four parcel division on McShane Road in the SE 114
of Section 11, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee, $800.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
