CCR1987128RESOLUTION #128--87 RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN (Bellview/Bay Lane) NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its Common Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows: 1. That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the within described public improvement project and it is also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance with Section 32.07(2), Wisconsin Statutes; 2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is necessary and a public purpose to construct a permanent easement for sanitary sewer improvements as shown on the map attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "X"; 0 3. That said permanent easement and other necessary temporary construction easement will be built as set forth on the map which is annexed to this Relocation Order as Exhibit "X" and is incorporated herein. 4. That the site of said permanent easement and other necessary temporary construction easement is contained in Exhibit "X" which are incorporated herein; that the legal description to said site is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit my". 5. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement for sanitary sewer improvements and certain other necessary temporary construction easement as indicated on Exhibits "X" and I, y I, Passed and approved this 23 day of , 1987. STEkART, Clerk -2- EXHIBIT "X" June 10, 1987 For: City of Muskego Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement All that part of the SW 1/4 of Section 10, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin: being a 40 foot wide strip of land the North line of which is more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Ludwig's Subdivision, a recorded plat, said corner being 3,994.97 the North 1/4 corner: thence S88°28'30" West along the feet distant along the centerline of said Section 10 from South line of said Ludwig's Subdivision, also being the North line of that property known as Tax Key No. 2199.995 as described in Vol. 772, Page 329, 651.42 feet to the point of termination also being a point on the West line of the above described Tax Key No. 2199.995. 0 easement lying southerly, parallel, adjacent and measured normal to the above described 40 foot permanent easement.
