PRELIMINARY RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENT TO EXERCISE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT POLICE POWERS UNDER SEC. 66.60, WIS. STATS. AS
TO SANITARY SEWER ASSESSMENT AREA FOR
PROJECT MSS-4-87-BELLVIEW/BAY LANE SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Visconsin:
1. The Common Council hereby declares its intention to
exercise its police power under Sec. 66.60, Wis. Stats., to levy
special assessments upon property within the following described
area for special benefits conferred upon such property by
installation of the sanitary sewers in streets abutting the
following properties:
Sanitary Sewer Assessment Area
for Project MSS-4-87
Rellview/Bay Lane Sewer Project
for Assessment District "U"
a All that part of the South 1/2 of Section 10, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin
more fully described as follows:
All those lands lying adjacent to Bay Lane Drive from Woods
Road to Bellview Drive, also Lots 6 thru 23 inclusive of
Ludwig's Subdivision.
2. The Common Council determines that the improvements
