APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT AND SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT
(G. Boehm - Meadow Green)
WHEREAS, a Final Plat has been submitted by Gregory Boehm to
finalize a 48 lot planned unit development known as Meadow Green
at the intersection of Woods Road and Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common Council
in Resolution 11235-86 on 10128186, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
rezoning of the property, approval of the subdivider's agreement
and letter of credit by the City Attorney, compliance with the
report of the City Engineers dated 5/12/87, and payment of park
dedication and 1% review fees, and
WHEREAS, a Subdivider's Agreement has also been submitted for
approval, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval subject
Letter of Credit to $163,000.
