APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by George Osborn
requesting legal lot status of Lot 8, Block 10, Muskego Shores
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission reviewed this petition, and due to
a tie vote has submitted it to Council without recommendation,
and
WHEREAS, this lot conforms to the zoning requirement for
average width of 75 ft. but is 3,412 sq. ft. short, or 69.6% of
the required lot area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby (approve-) the
petition submitted by George Osborn requesting legal lot status
of Lot 8, Block 10, Muskego Shores Subdivision. 0
