AMENDMENT TO FINAL RESOLUTIONS #45-87 AND 846-87
AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF WATER IMPROVEMENTS
AND LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST BENEFITTED PROPERTY
(WATER MAIN ASSESSMENT AREA WB AND WC-PROJECTS MW-3-87 h MW-4-87)
WHERES, on the 31st day of March, 1987, the Common Council
of the City of Muskego adopted Resolutions #45-87 and 1\46-87; and
WHEREAS, several properties have been found to be in error
on the Assessment Roll; and
WHEREAS, the Public Water Committee has recommended amending
the Assessment Roll to reflect these errors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Assessment Roll is
amended to make the necessary changes as listed below:
