ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR 1987 SEALCOATING
ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department advertised for bids for
bids have been received:
the 1987 Sealcoating Road Improvement Program and the following
PAYNE & DOLAN, INC.
1. Asphalt Emulsions

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the low
bid of Payne & Dolan for the sealcoating be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
does hereby accept the low bid of Payne & Dolan in the amounts
listed above for the As halt Emulsions and Aggregate for
Sealcoating (Pea Gravel P .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance security of $30,000
may be submitted in the form of a bond.
