APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the Glenn and Ruth Pellmann property
on Pellmann Lane in the NW 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
Pellmann Lane in the NW 1/4 of Section 15, subject to approval
finalize a one parcel division of the Pellmann property on
by the City Engineer.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
Division Ordinance, and payment of the deferred sewer
dedication, all other fees required by Section 10 of the Land
assessment.
